How do I place an order?
We have several methods available to accommodate the ordering process.  Please visit the "How to Order" information page.

Are you approved by NASBA?
Yes.  The Tax School is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.  State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.  Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Ave. North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN, 37219-2417.         Web site: www.nasba.org .

What are the learning objectives for your courses and who should take them?
The learning objectives for all our courses are to improve your general knowledge of individual income tax preparation and will be measured by a completed written test.  The test will measure your individual income tax skills at the Intermediate level which can be utilized after passing the course.   The new tax laws are updated in the courses at date of publication.  The program level is Intermediate , the only  prerequisite is " you should have a basic understanding of individual income taxes"  and "NO advance preparation is needed for our courses"  .  All the courses are Self Study and can be completed in the comfort and convenience of your home or office. 

When can I reach you to place an order?  
Phone operators are available 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m. West Coast time (8:00 p.m. East Coast time).  Fax machines are available 24 hours a day.

How do I return my test to you?  
You may fax your test to us 24 hours a day or mail it to us.

When will I receive my test results?
Your test will be graded and the results returned to you in 4 hours upon your request, within 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. West Coast time.  Your certificate will be mailed to you.

When will my order be shipped, how will it be shipped and how much are the shipping charges?  
SHIPPING CHARGES are $5.00 unless you want your course shipped other than UPS ground shipment or Priority Mail.  If you need faster delivery, the shipping charges would be  ($33) UPS Next Day Air or ($15) UPS Second Day Air.

What form of payment do you accept?  
You may pay by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), Check (your order will be shipped when your check is received), or COD (UPS charges an additional fee of $8.50).

How will I receive my CPE credits?
You will complete a test consisting of multiple choice and true/false questions.  A  70% or higher is needed to pass.  Upon your request, you will be notified of your test score within 4 hours of our receiving your test, within the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. West Coast time.  Your test results, an answer location sheet (for any missed questions) and certificate will be mailed to you. 

What if I don't like the course?
We have an UNCONDITIONAL MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.  Look over the material, and if you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply return the material within 10 days and we will refund your enrollment fee, plus $5.00 for your mailing costs.
