On-Line Orders

Upon placing an order, a form of payment needs to be designated. Your option is Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card are accepted).  Be sure to indicate your credit card CVV number.   (This is your customer ID number.  Visa, Mastercard and Discover use a three digit number which is located on the back of the card.  American Express uses a four digit number which is located on the front .)

Phone / Fax Orders

Upon placing an order, a form of payment needs to be designated. Your options are Credit Card* (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card are accepted), or by Check (your order will be shipped when your check is received). You may also place a C.O.D. order (UPS charges an additional fee of $7).
